Charles Siple, who co-founded TOSRV with his son Greg in 1962, joined the Chillicothe lunch stop crew this year and helped turn out several thousand peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Regardless of getting an early morning start, Charles reported that it was touch-and-go at noon keeping up with the demand.
